House is on post and pier with a lanai looking out over an Ohia forest. This single family home is very private and located on a 1-acre lot, with a gate at the driveway. There is minimal traffic as it's on a dead end street. The place is spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located off Kaloli Drive, five minutes to the ocean cliffs and 10-15 minutes to Pahoa and Kea'au. The photos are from a few years ago. The house is basically the same, however we made several improvements - we put luxury vinyl plank flooring in place of the carpets, bought a large 18 cu ft refrigerator, recently painted the deck and bought new chairs for it.
